Our volunteer telephone befriending service aims to provide Carers with some extra support in the form of a monthly phone call.
Your designated volunteer will call at a mutually convenient time, for about 30 minutes. Essentially, they are a friendly voice offering an opportunity to simply chat or talk through the challenges you are facing as a result of your caring role.
